Car and phone

As driving with car is dangerous, I find it irritating to get call when I am driving. I rather that I can answer my call thru my car or radio button.

It is a sign that I got when Jose call me when I just left. I need to slow down and be inefficient to develop relationship. It is a subtle hint to develop car related app.

Can I get a Bluetooth box to work with my iPhone. Each time I enter a car, they will link. Can I can press a button to answer phone call. I cannot wait for buying a Subaru.
